Yoga for Emotional Release (Hip Focus Flow) | Follow Along | SRMD Yoga

Did you know that Yoga is a great tool to relieve stress and anxiety? It’s no secret that the mind and body are connected. As per Yogic philosophy, pent up emotions are lodged within the body, primarily in the hip area, which is said to be a storehouse for negative feelings. By stretching our hips, adhesions and knots in the muscle tissue open up – this provides a tremendous sense of relief. It also improves the alignment of the lower back, hips and legs and provides increased range of motion and circulation. Join us in this invigorating Hip Focus Flow to experience emotional, mental and physical release! #Yoga #SRMDYoga
